Return Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from TOYSradt.com for any reason, you have seven (7) days from the date of delivery to request a refund. No exchanges will be excepted. 

To qualify for a refund simply send an email to info@TOYSradt.com with your order information. TOYSradt.com will bear the cost of return shipping to TOYSradt.com within the seven (7) day from delivery timeframe through USPS. A refund for the original purchase price plus applicable taxes (minus original shipping & handling costs). Refunds can only be granted in US dollars. Refunds will be processed and paid within two (2) weeks of TOYSradt receipt and verification of the returned product.

Shipping Rates

Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver to hundreds of customers across the world, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

• Processing/Fulfillment: Order verification, tailoring, quality check, and packaging. All orders are ready for delivery within 24 hours after the order is placed. 

• Shipping: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. Domestic delivery within the United States is 2-4 days, while International delivery is 7-10 days, dependent on customs. All orders are shipped through USPS. TOYSradt fulfills and ships 7 days a week. There are no minimum or maximum weight or order requirements. ​Consumer pays shipping upon placing an order both domestic and international
